RideZone is pleased to present the
following photos of what is one of the most anticipated new roller coasters for
2005. Hydra The Revenge has risen up and destroyed Hercules and now
commands the hillside where the legendary wood coaster once reigned.
Just as with the park's past two major
coasters (Steel Force and Talon The Grip of Fear), Hydra is specially
designed and quite different from any other coaster that shares the same
floorless design. Hydra will take a cue from Talon and be a ground hugging
ride which will provide a forced perspective on the visuals and speed.
With the ride dipping below ground level at numerous points, it should be
quite captivating and prove to be another success in a park where no less
is expected. Look for Hydra The Revenge on the opening day of the
2005 season.
