Fantasyland
Gettysburg, Adams County, PA
Fantasyland was a fun and wacky place designed for kids.

Entry to the park was over a swinging style bridge which caused parents more trouble than the kids.1

Most of the rides (all kiddie) were purchased by King Island for use in their then new park in 1971. This may or may not be accurate, date wise. This information was based on an article years ago (source unknown).1

The closing date often mentioned of 1970-71 seems to be incorrect. This is being investigated now but late 70s possibly even early 80s seems more likely.
